OBJECTIVE
DEVELOP COHORT 13.
Twice a year, Engage kicks off their Startup Accelerator program, linking startups and corporations. Each cohort features a different mix of industries, and the visual identity is designed to reflect that unique blend. How can a flexible yet cohesive identity system capture the spirit of each new cohort while staying rooted in Engage’s established brand?

GLASSMORPHISM. THE FUTURE.
Six of the eight Cohort 13 startups leverage AI to power their enterprise solutions. Glassmorphism and distorted gradients were used to visually echo the mysterious, dynamic, and forward-looking nature of AI.

THE FIRST IMPRESSION.
The Engage program offers startups a highly personalized experience throughout the 10-week journey. The welcome boxes, given to the founders during the “Kickoff In-Person Days,” marks unveiling of the Cohort 13 brand language. This branded experience sets the tone for the journey ahead, creating a shared sense of excitement and professionalism from day one.

HARMONY AT WORK.
The Executive Reception, at the end of the 10-week program, caps off the Cohort 13 identity system. This final moment brings digital and print collateral into the same physical space. Pitch decks, signage, name tags, stage screens, and environmental graphics all aligning in visual harmony.

This project marked my first professional deep dive into art direction, designing for a real-world audience of corporate executives, investors, and startup founders. With around 100 of Atlanta’s most influential business minds in attendance, the stakes were high. But it didn't disappoint. The Executive Reception was described as one of the most polished events Engage had hosted, with specific praise for the clarity and cohesion of the graphics.
