AlumniRise is Engage’s inaugural alumni-focused accelerator program, reintroducing portfolio startups to the same corporations after they’ve evolved their product offerings. This new program demanded a distinct brand and visual identity. One that could set it apart from Engage’s Cohort Program, all while still building on the foundation of the core Engage brand.

A new logo system was developed to distinguish AlumniRise from Engage’s core brand mark. The AlumniRise mark and supporting identity create a cohesive sub-brand that lives comfortably under the Engage umbrella, while carving out its own distinct presence.

It leverages halftone dot matrices, overprinting, and bold color blocking, creating a visual language that feels familiar but refreshed. The result is a design system that bridges the past and the future.
